I asked call centre to send a reminder and I got a response from them today.
It states that file is under review by an officer. What does this mean, call centre agents are saying nothing has started and I'm still in IP1 so what kind of review is this?
this is a generic response, I got the same one from VO Ottawa.

Does anyone know how to get IRCC to provide GCMS notes? I put my request in 38 days ago and have received nothing. I called the hotline and they said they could not help me. I also raised a CSE yesterday asking them to send me my notes but will prob not have a response from them until next week.

Should I order another set today?? Does anyone know if ordering notes adds to the processing time or speeds it up? Reached 7 months yesterday.

AOR: December 10, 2018
CEC -inland
Medicals passed Jan. 21, 2018
Visa office - Edmonton

Found out that my friend who applied in March just received their PR from the Edmonton VO after 3.5 months. I don't understand the logic at all on how IRCC decides which files to work on.

You just have to wait.. I have heard that ordering notes again before receiving one resets the clock back to 30 days..

Sent an e-mail to Mr. Ralph Goodale’s office and got an immediate response after a couple of hours. This is a lot faster and more complete than what I got from CSEs or e-mail inquiries.

Criminality passed.
Eligibility is in progress – recommend pass.
Security checks have not been initiated.

Really praying for all our PPRs soon.

I got below response from ralph’s Office which is pretty much same as the one told by IRCC agent 1 month back

Dear Deepika - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received Dec 12,
2018. It is at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa.
Standard processing time is 6 months. This means 80% of routine applications
are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.

Eligibility is met.
Criminality and security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be
expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until Nov 11, 2019.

Sad thing that nothing has changed since the last update on 23 Jan 2019

Good thing is ralph’s Office proactiveness

Hi
Can you please share the email address u contacted??
We can contact only local MP office or any?

Just spoke to an agent who mentioned:

Elgibility has met but in my profile it states that it is being reviewed.

How is this possible?

Does anyoe else has the same update in case they had a word with the agent or on GMCS notes?

BTW now the agent said it may take till Nov 2019 to process the application. Last time they said 8 months now they are saying 11 months. Not sure what will they say after 11 months. This is very fustating and bizzare system.

I ordered my notes on 23rd of May. Still haven't received them. But I got PPR instead )) Maybe they are preparing one for you and that's why you don't receive your notes )

Why 11 months?
