Patience. It took me 1hr 15mins before getting the update.
There is "How to call IRCC" in @USProgrammer 's signature. Use hangout and follow the instructions.
I did not use *67 in front of IRCC's dial number, just called them through hangout directly and it worked.

If your work reference letter clearly states that you were employed full time, i.e., at least 30 hours per week for the duration that you have claimed, and your supervisor/HR manager backs up this claim - if and when contacted by IRCC) - then you should be fine. It would be especially useful if you have included pay stubs and bank statements (showing deposits of your paychecks) for the duration of this employment. Also, remember that IRCC does not always authenticate every work reference letter with the employer, and the presence of other supporting documents - such as pay stubs, bank statements, income tax returns, etc. - is usually sufficient evidence for a case officer. Thank you for the prompt response! My reference letter says that I have been working 40 hrs/week and it shows my joining date and compensation as well. I didn't include pay stubs, just the employer reference letter in the format prescribed by IRCC. Is there an option to attach additional supporting documents at this point?

What does this mean ?

Had a question. We entered port of entry as Vancouver while creating the application. Now we want to enter via Toronto. Do we need to get it changed or it doesn't matter from which port you entered?

40-50% (may be more) of the people on the forum have crossed 180 day mark. Have patience. It will change
