You are either in MEP or IP1 stage.... Thats weird. My friend from Mauritius hasnt been asked to submit biometrics. Im from Mauritius too, should i just do the biometrics and have it on hand in case they ask for it so as not to waste time or wait when they ask for it?
You must wait for directions/instructions to give biometrics.

UCI changed but medical not passed yet, BG status: we are processing your background
AOR 8 DEC , Do i need to do something , as my medical not passed yet, EE PNP inland

Biometrics done. AOR Dec 11. What could be the next stage? BG check is in progress. As per their timeline bar...it is 5 months. Would it take shorter? What would delay the process?

Might take shorter or longer, but most applications will be done before 6 months. The process will be delayed If they need additional documents or if there is a miatake in the application. There are people receiving their PPR after 2-3 months but they are exceptions.

Ok thanks

I have a couple of questions, if someone could answer.

Can I pay the RPRF now (a few days after mep) or only when it's approved?

I am applying to observerships in Canada and I might be called for one before the PPR arrives. Is it ok to be in Canada (as a visitor) when I get my PPR?

Thank you
