If this is an employer for which you claimed points, simply inform IRCC via Webform (CSE). If IRCC needs an updated work reference letter they will ask. However, if the company address and contact numbers ahem changed (which usually happens after a merger or acquisition), then you would be better off sending an updated work reference letter.

I am an FSW applicant (applied from Canada) and my timeline is as follows:

AOR: Dec 7, 2018
Medical Passed: Jan 18, 2019

I received GCMS notes today. According to status on page 2,

Eligibility: Review Required
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

I have shared detailed notes of the analyst. I don't understand which part requires review. I have seen on the forum that 'Review Required' is generally bad and that's why I have become apprehensive. Please help.

29 days left. Seems IRCC is in sleepmode. This entire process is mismanaged to the core. Super frustating and bizarre process.

Finally got IP2 today.

The most surprising thing over the excitement of getting IP2 is that, I checked profile at 8.30am IST today and there was no update in profile but when I checked it again at 9.40am IST, the profile status was "profile updated" instead of "submitted" and background status was into IP2. No mail is received for it too.

We can assume that many things are automated as such updates are happening during non working hours as well.
