It's finally moving. Got one ghost email 2 days ago and was the first one I've noticed since January. I could not figured out if it was IP1 or 2 but it must have been IP3 since today I've just received the ready for Visa email :) Whoopwhooop. PPR is your way guys :), it's coming!!

Its ur ppr golden mail buddy. Ur case is decided in your favour. They don’t update this on account. Ppr comes through mail. Go for stamping of visa. The mail must have subject....Ready fir visa. Congrats.

Congratulations buddy

I got PPR today May 08 CEC-inland. Thanks for everyone's help in this thread, especially Derkdsou and USProgrammer. Hope everyone in our thread can get PPR soon.

Congratulations buddy

Yeah, There are a few VOs like that. I guess Montreal also is slow. But the cruelty of NDVO (excuse me for sharing my frustration repeatedly!) is that there is literally no way to figure out what is going on, till the 6 months period is over. I'm assuming that they will atleast respond to CSE with an appropriate response after the normal processing time
I can feel ur frustration . M also very disappointed with this . If they are not able to complete the process in 6 months what’s the fun of assigning progress bar to an application .

Hello guys, I just got a ghost update, but when I logged in I saw that my background check moved from Ip2 to Ip1. Please any comments on why this happened.

Note I have been in IP2 since AOR

What is your 'AOR date' and 'Country'?

I've noticed applications where RPRF paid upfront are being processed for Dec. Surely they can't delay our processing just because we've not paid fees. At least request to pay should be rolled out. Any delay thereafter is justified.
Same here. I've paid upfront, and I'm Dec 14 AOR, no update since Jan 24th

Just really need to know if those of us that have gotten PPR all uploaded ECA evaluation along with academic qualifications.
This is clear any misconceptions whatsover that failure to do so may lead to rejection. Pls comments needed urgently... Thanks
I didn't personally upload eca but saw in my gcms notes that it was verified from wes website normally. I haven't got ppr yet though.

Since you mentioned your background check changed, its not ghost update.Ghost update is when there isn't a single word change in profile but your application status changes to 'updated'.

Nigerians start with ip2 and progress to ip1 which is a good sign that your application is being processed.Cannot infer much other than that. But you are moving closer to PPR.All the best.

Thank you. It feels alot better to know that it is normal.

Every step seems to be the same with a lot of anxiety (although I haven't gone through all these steps yet, after reading a lot across these forums i can feel it already!):
Waiting for the IELTS score hoping to cross 7 for Writing/Speaking and more (score may vary but i guess everyone would have faced this)
Waiting for WES to complete and share that valuable PDF
Waiting for the ITA to arrive (Although this steps involves a lot more wait and guessing, than the earlier two)
Waiting for the different stages of PR processing to be concluded and get the COPR (PPR)
Waiting for the passport with visa stamped
Waiting for the job appointment letter (This too may vary for some folks)

I guess the whole process, by the end of it, will definitely increase the patience levels by a huge margin!

Never imagined that this (PPR) would need a different level of patience all together!!
