Just got off the call with IRCC.
1. Processing office is OTTAWA.
2. The agent mentioned that new timeline for completion of the processing is Sept 2019 and asked to call back post sept 2016.
Did anyone also had the same conversation and is it true that the process will be delayed by 5 more months. This is kinda ridiculous. They are taking almost 10 months to process an application.
Can anyone let me know if they have been told the same thing and is there anyone who has OTTAWA office and has seen some movement in the status?
As per them apart from Medical (Passed) nothing has started for my application.

Hi! I am waiting for my PPR. My AOR is Dec 6. I want to ask that I am planning to deliver my baby in Canada. I checked that in Ontario , OHIP is activated after 3 months. Is there any other way to have my delivery in Ontario free of cost. I can only travel 2 months before my delivery. Does anyone have any similar experience? Any help would be highly appreciated.

They mentioned exactly the same thing to me...same VO "OTTAWA". AOR 14th Dec 2018.
