Indeed, it does . Feels like a weight lifted off our shoulders. Thank you for your wishes. I hope you get your PR soonCongratulations!! Must feel so good and free(of the moronic companies who take advantage of our visa situation (USA) and twist our arms to get their way). Happy for you! Celebration time!!!
WOw, that was fast. I completed by landing yestrerday and the office told me about 6-8 weeks , may be even more .Received our PR cards today, 3 weeks to the day. I’m shocked they were processed so fast.
Yeah we linked our PR cards after we landed. We had a update on Monday to say they were approved and have been posted. We wasn’t expecting them until May time, you may be lucky and get then quickly. For post landing !!!! You can link your PR card application and track it to see when will you receive your PR card, this is after you get your COPR stamped.

Yes this is listed as one of the requirements but not really necessary. I'm yet to see a review required for this thing for anyone. I didn't request any of my banks to state this and there were no issues. And I know many more people who had no issues with this. So, if one can get this from bank - great but if not, it is not something to be really worried about.4. It is also strange that your bank wouldn't cooperate with you in adding a line that you do not hold any loan or credit accounts with them, which is also an IRCC requirement.

Guess I am the only one from Southeast Asia in this threat . I have actively followed your posts from day 1 and very happy to see some of you have got your PPR. For me, still waiting!!!

Thanks a lot.Hi @g90, wow, that was a lot of information, and I don't think I have been able to process it fully, but here's what I can say:
1. It's good that you provided statements for your FD accounts - erring on the side of providing statement is always a good strategy.
2. If the average monthly balance of all of your FDs combined is above the required minimum funds for each of the past six months, then you should be fine.
3. It is strange that your bank refused to list all of the accounts you hold with them - this is actually an IRCC requirement.
4. It is also strange that your bank wouldn't cooperate with you in adding a line that you do not hold any loan or credit accounts with them, which is also an IRCC requirement.
5. Did you explain #3 and #4 - especially #4 - in your LOE?
I would advise you to not panic right now unless you have received an ADR, which doesn't seem to be the case. I would instead recommend being forearmed if you can - I would try to connect with a superior authority above your branch level and request a letter that fulfils all of the requirements. Maybe call the call center and explain your situation? Maybe find a senior manager at your bank via LinkedIn, etc.
As of now we’re in the same boat ! Indian living in UAE, Dec 28 AOR and so far nothing except for a medical update !Yes...I hope so... You are from UAE.. maybe you will get your PPR early... As for us "Indians"...Can't say anything...
