Unable to log into CIC on both Browsers, this sucks

Profile updated. Application approved. CIC taking amphetamines apparently, judging by the speed they're working at. 3 months from AOR to PPR, 1 day between submitting passport and approved application back in transit to VAC.

Congrats on your PPR. I have sent passports to CPC - Ottawa. However, there's no change on my CIC portal. Portal still says my application is in IP2, there's hasn't been any update to my profile. Also, I didn't get any message about PPR on the portal, I just received PPR email. Are we supposed to see an update on the CIC portal as well?

I wish you the best of luck with the second set of photos. Thankfully the ones I took at my local Walgreens weren't rejected, but it turns out that the return label I had sent through FedEx was. I had originally set the return to be delivered and held at the local FedEx office but I was requested to make a new shipping label and have it delivered to my home address.

The good news is the return tracker was activated this morning so barring any major delays I should have my CoPR in my hands by tomorrow.

Did your Walgreens have a 50x70 cutter? If so, where is it?

Mine had to manually cut and it's not perfectly rectangular. I fear a second rejection.

Mine were also manually cut. Hopefully there are no issues with yours.

My documents were received in on Mar 28th and my account on CIC was marked approved and I received the email requesting a new shipping label on Apr 3rd. I was very happy with the speedy turnaround on the documents.

My documents were received on Mar 29th and the photos were rejected via email April 2nd with 7 days given to give them a tracking number for new photos or else they were going to use my envelope/labels to send my "passport" back, which is totally stupid, because it's not my actual passport. So they're going to waste my money for my international label to send my PHOTOCOPIES of my passport and REJECTED photos back if they aren't satisfied within 7 days. So dumb.

No they requested that I get a new shipping label from FedEx online and send them the PDF file. They did not specify what exactly was the problem with the original label, I had just assumed it was that the TO address did not match my address on file.

Exactly... Normally the third ghost update means that PPR is on its way... but my fear is that I'm in this perpetual waiting space where the application is approved and the next step hasn't started. My fear is that whoever had approved my application and thought they had sent in the request to have the letter sent (it could be something as simple as pressing a button... my speculation). And so in the system, a correspondence is looked to have been sent, but the officer never sent the letter. Does this make any sense. It's like perpetual purgatory... Maybe some penance could help...

And now it seems like it won't let me log into my cic account... c'est la vie

I think we are in the same boat. Application approved since March 7th but no PPR MAIL yet. I am just tired....didnt know there's another wait after approval. And our application processing was quite fast....

Oh I see, you sent the return label by email and that's how they were able to ship it so soon.
My return label too has a fedex location address, but haven't received a request for a new label yet.
