I did some data entry and analysis for FSW-O Indian Citizen/Residents. This is for PPRs granted on or after March 1, 2019 to Indian Citizen/Residents (does not apply to Indians residing outside of India).

It appears that the PPR days are biased toward ~160 days with many outliers above and below that mark. The trend line is clear on the scatter chart. The histogram is there to give you an idea of how many are in each bucket. There were 107 records and the data source is MyImmiTracker as of the time of this post.

The most recent entries are to the left.

Very Nice man, it seems that 150-165 is the main trend.... Would be nice to see percentage-wise to have an idea and, unfortunately, many cases with more than the 180 regular days. This is probably when the anxiety will become even worse. Hope we sort our PPR before that.

Got off the phone... Very nice agent, polite... put me on hold and checked file.

Everything appears to be in order
Eligibility: not started yet ( but it doesn't mean it has not started, it may be a WIP)
Criminality, Security and Background: In progress as well.

So I guess, waiting game.... hoping for a Ghost update soon.

P.S: What I don't get is that the status on the site points to IP2 ( MEP + Background processing ), but the agent seems to indicate otherwise.....

Very impressed by the quality of your work, as per usual! I enjoy being able to visualize things in chart form. Thank you for this selfless, post-PPR contribution, @USProgrammer! For now I have recalibrated my expectations for a PPR in ~160 days, and I'm redrawing my plans for the next few months based on this. It's not wise to set myself up for disappointment expecting the PPR to come through in April anyway. I just have to practice what I preach, haha!

I wonder what this picture will look like at the end of April or mid-May given that the swell of applicants is mainly from India? I imagine the trend line is going to keep skewing up, likely toward 170 if not 180.

Yes, same with me last week, the agent said that everything was in progress and did not open details of the bg check as some others do like separating Criminality from Security, just sit and wait... booooring

Where is your CIO? Mine is Sydney, seems like it's slow between 140-285 days(normal processing time)

I was hoping to have good news for you in the form of a flat line. Unfortunately, I cannot give you that good news. The trend is going up, slightly.

I did more data entry. This chart contains all data from January 1, 2019 through right now for FSW-O Indian Citizen/Residents. Most recent to the left. Data source: MyImmiTracker. Count: 301 records. The red line is the trend line.

I forgot to ask this detail to the officer. I'm an Inland Applicant (Vancouver/BC) I don't know if this makes any difference, but I am mentally prepared to 150 days... more than that will be tough, I will need to eat a lot of chocolates to control my anxiety! :)

No, I understand @moeykang has an update on their application by having asked over the phone or via CSE. There can be a certain "no man's land" between an application being approved and waiting to be allocated a PPR email. Some others on this forum, like @TheNorms, have experienced it.
Exactly... Normally the third ghost update means that PPR is on its way... but my fear is that I'm in this perpetual waiting space where the application is approved and the next step hasn't started. My fear is that whoever had approved my application and thought they had sent in the request to have the letter sent (it could be something as simple as pressing a button... my speculation). And so in the system, a correspondence is looked to have been sent, but the officer never sent the letter. Does this make any sense. It's like perpetual purgatory... Maybe some penance could help...

And now it seems like it won't let me log into my cic account... c'est la vie
