Oath ceremony took place yesterday the 9th Oct.

It was indeed an emotional and big day for me.

Just want to thank every one for contributing their respective experience and helping other candidates in a same situation. it’s been a great experience being on this forum.

It took 298 days total to take oath.

I wish every one best of luck and just wait your turn will come.

A couple of questions here as well:

1. Test/invite info not yet there in ECAS - will this be shown?

2. Have also received a form named ‘Prohibitions Under Citizenship Act’ to be singed and handed over to Immigration Officer on Nov 14 - is it a standard process to send this form with the test/interview invite??

I checked my CIC application and it's now decision made. However, I have not received any email regarding oath taking dates.

It took 3 and half months for me to get oath invitation after the decision been made.
