I saw someone say they were backed up with the notes so the timing was off by 5 or 6 days. That was a couple weeks ago. They may be caught up now. Let's hope!

If they don't come after 31 calendar days, email the address in your receipt. They usually answer pretty fast as I heard (same day). Don't try to send an inquiry through web form because they take forever to answer. When you receive them, let the Mexico thread know what Miguel has been doing with your application ;p haha.

I received the notes today, 70 pages of pure nothing :( i dont understand why the eligibility says not started! Why is that!? Others that are trough mexico like me with the same dates have their PR already. Just wondering what could be the reasons this is not even started yet!?
Eligibiliy: not started
Security: not started
Criminality: not started

All the rest are info i know, emails between me and them and the requests they had sent back in Dec, how my sponsorhip is approved etc. 70 pages, but yet no info that i can see about what they may suspect they neet etc.
A lot of it is just duplicate info too! Kind of crazy to have the same pages over and over. I really do not understand this.

Wow it says nothing! Like not even started yet. I can't even pretend to know how this process is done

It says nothing that i already dont know like all my payments are made, they got my file, when i activated online, medical passed etc

But to see the eligibility is still saying Not started is infuriating. How can that be not started yet!!!!

I can't believe it says not started. I don't understand that. I mean it has to be. What the heck are they doing

I have no idea!! Everything else seems fine though. (The file is started just the eligibility that isnt for some odd reason)

Our application details changed this morning - Background Check: completed; Final Decision: approved. Hope to have the CoPR by Friday.

Wow that really sucks! Now I am kind of scared I'll see that same thing in my notes.

I guess there is nothing you can do as you are still within the "normal" time frame of processing. The only thing is, maybe you ordering the notes might prompt them into doing/starting something with your app.

Hopefully you will hear something soon!
 
I've been waiting for our PPR from Manila Office for about a week now... starting to be scared it will take longer than others.

Filed end of December.
Application was received at Mississauga beginning of January.
AOR1 middle of January.
SA second week of March.
File transfer second week of March.
Background check started middle of March.
DM beginning of June.
PPR middle of June.
Application details changed to approved today.
Hoping husband can land next week.
