Her COPR will normally be valid for one year from the date of her medical. She must arrive for landing within the validity of the COPR. After that, she must meet the Residency Obligation to keep her PR status. Bear in mind as part of the PR application you must prove intent to live together in Canada (and people are refused/told to apply later if they cannot, or if they can only prove they will live together in Canada a long time in the future).

Thanks for ur reply..i thought I still have to do the consent forms and paying it in one the banks but I can just walk in there and pay oh btw sorry for asking in our own language thought it's still Manila thread GOod luck everyone

For Ottawa apps, usually it lasts for 2 weeks or more. It could also be less than that. It'll be over soon, don't worry.
