Should see something soon, my ecas says application received and mycic account says my application is open and my medical results are in review. But no email whatsoever and almost been a month.
No idea, I guess I continue waiting

I used my wifes mycic acc to link. Status is open and nothing has been reviewed. however, they asked my wife to provide Police cert and IMM5669. Does it mean SA?

What does it say under the "Review of Eligibility" section? Mine changed to "Review in Progress" when my husband got SA, before that it said something else.

According to the instructions with the new kit, it said that upon linking applicants will be asked for those two things. So it might be something automatically triggered upon linking - at least partially. Someone who sent their police certificate up front did not get asked to upload that.

The principal applicant fills out that form and it is required on the checklist, well at least the old one I believe

Got it, it says after the app is received, we will need to submit IMM5669

I used the old forms because we had everything all signed. And I didn't validate ours either because we had them signed before I knew what exactly we were supposed to do. I assume that's why mine is taking longer because they have to input all the info

Finally i can link my application to Mycic. However it only showed medical passed. But at least they have me on the file. However, i cant open ecas but will wait.

Is that good? Would it say approved if it was approved already?

It says under sponsorship application decision made and then it says application for permanent residence application received
