yup, they're gcms notes. they should be here by the middle of next week.

what i'm hoping to see is "in progress" for at least one of the checks they do on the PA, as that'll indicate that the VO is actively working on our files. if i only see "not started", then i'll go talk to my mp and see if he can give me the latest info.

i agree, waiting on my notes but it wont be until late april til they arrive...let's see what i get in them. hopefully they'v done something cause it's been in process since jan. jw, how exactly can we go about makin' an appointment with the MP to see updates on our file? :)

Hi everyone! Long time reader, first time poster. I thought I would share our timeline with you.

I'm the sponsor (Canadian citizen) and my spouse is Hungarian, so we went through the Vienna office. Medical done up front and all fees paid in advance.

14 December 2015: Our application is received in Mississauga (sent by Canada Post). We never received confirmation of this from CIC and had to call several times to ensure that our application did in fact arrive.

5 February 2016: AOR1

17 February 2016: Sponsor Approval

17 February 2016: Application arrives in Vienna VO

22 February 2016: Third line/AOR2/Processing PR application

28 March 2016: Decision Made

Not sure what will happen now or how long we will have to wait for the next step, but I hope that this might be helpful for all the non-Ottawa VO folks - things are happening!

Oh wow that's so great! My application is in Singapore right now and had been in process since March 4th but nothing til now unfortunately. I have faith it'll happen so it's just a waiting game. Happy for you!

Someone have been playing around with the December 2015 spreadsheet, and now it's a complete mess at the VO column.
Can you please change only the line that belongs to you (generally speaking)?
I hope there is a backup copy somewhere .. or else everyone has to change their own VO office.
Thanks

Hey just checking in on the December family. It's been 10 days since my application was forwarded to Ottawa's office and still no 3rd line. I'm waiting patiently. :-X

I also noticed that the December spreadsheet is wonky. Under the "VO" label the VOs doesn't match up to the applicants.

Hope everyone had an awesome holiday!

Agreed. I've been consistently fixing and tiding up our Dec 2015 spreadsheet since the beginning however sadly I've come to a conclusion that someone must be purposely messing with it.. so finally I gave up :-\ Kindly urge everyone to only amend their own info in the spreadsheet, and if someone needs help adding info to the spreadsheet please post it here and we will gladly add it for you ;)

I cleaned it up a bit again, let's see how long it lasts 8)
Keeping the spreadsheet nice and clean benefits all of us so please let's play nice :D
