It's actually missing 6 columns (I have a version from the day before downloaded to my desktop)

Looks like the columns were hidden guys, just got them back by clicking on some arrows at the top ! Normally it is back.

Hey everyone Im slightly confused and looking for anyone to explain me what it means. My husband is sponsoring me for PR.
So when i logged into ECAS this morning i saw two colums. One said sponsorship application that said "in process" and had 3 lines/pointers when i opened it. The column next to it had the heading of permenant residence status that also said "in process" and had 2 lines/points in it when i clicked it.
The column next to my husbands name said "decision made"
Does it mean they are working on my application? If so by when can i expect the status to update again which im guessing will be a DM?

Hello everyone! (Hi to all KABAYANs' and Hi to all Dec family!!!)

I am new in this forum.I need a lot of helpful information from those who underwent the same situation as I am having right now regarding our PR applctn for family sponsorship by my husband.

We are both Phil pport, currently my husband is a PR and he is in Canada while I am holding a working visa here in Singapore.

FEBRUARY 2016 Updates:
Our applctn was rcvd DEC 3 2015, sCAS states on my husband sponsorship status "In process" while on PR status "application recvd" and when I opened the PR status side there are liners saying:
1. We rcvd your applctn for PR
2. medical results have been received

I am a just a bit confused on the part that the Sponsor status is "in process" but PR status still "applctn rcvd" though medical recvd line is already qouted, isn't it they udpate the other way around??

Confusing...


Any advice of what to expect next for these liners? Any POSITIVE HOPE we could dwell into.

I'm not sure if this is helpful for you but I pretty much have the same thing on my side. I am sponsoring my husband who is in malaysia,I'm in Canada and my sponsor eligibility has already been approved back in February but I still have it saying in process. It took about three weeks after my sponsor approval for the pr side to show in process (it was saying application received all the while).

My husband had already submitted the medical results ahead of time so they updated that they have received it. It doesn't really mean much at least that's what I think. They just update as they go.

Have you gotten your sponsor approval?

Just wait. They'll either let one of you know first and then you have the third line or you'll just have it show up sometime, that was my experience anyway.

at the moment there is no changes on the ecas status, and based on the thread I have read there are cases they approved by they dont change status that is making the long wait for us... How do you know you SA have been approved already?

Hi Angel,

if it comes to the sponsor side not being updated, I received an email from CIC a month ago that they approved me for sponsorship. The PR side already says "in process" but the sponsor side has not been updated yet and also says "in process".. so I wouldn't worry about it, it seems they are late with updating ecas.

Aah ok, so you didn't get an SA yet? Well, from what I have read if your pr side is showing in process it means you've already got your SA. Having said that, maybe you could give them a call to see if that is the case?

I got DM yesterday. I can't believe it. They started processing my file on March 17, 2015, and the DM happened on March 24th. It only took a week! I'm kind of stunned. My husband is visiting for the weekend and we have a family gathering tomorrow--perfect time to share the news!
