Three lines in ecase, both sponsor and applicant side is "in process"

Update: Just checked ecas this morning and the outside PR status now shows "In Process" but inside still only shows 2 lines (App Received, Medical Received) so hopefully the 3rd line will show up this coming week...

They (CIC) put a typo of my name on the website even though we put right spelling of my name on the all documents.
We emailed to ask to my VO(manila) last Thursday.
Just in case, i want you guys to check any information of you on the website.

If it saying "we have started processing ABC.. application on...." at the applicant side it means you have got SA.
