Called CIC on Feb 17th to get update on SA, they mentioned its "still in process".

Welcome to the 'in process' club! AOR on Feb 4th, my application is still in process too. I was told to call by Feb 24th if I don't hear something by then.

Did you get an email for SA or a letter? I was told by the agent yesterday that it'll be an official letter.

I got an email for my SA. I am not sure if they will send a letter, as I was giving them my email address for correspondence. I thought that once you provide them with an email, they will only communicate through email.
Anyway, I am confused now, as I cannot login into my eCas anymore. Since last week until yesterday I could login, and I saw my name and mailing address, but now, it shows as if my application is not available anymore. I am not worried yet, as I already go the AoR and SA, but still wonder what is going on.

In your case, I would wait until Feb 26 before I call them.

Try calling and asking them what's going on with your eCas. Since I just checked and I can log in. The eCas is updated every Tuesday so there might be a glitch with updates. There's no harm in calling and checking to see if all is ok.

Couldn't agree more to this. But it could also be that you have unintentionally checked the box to remove your access to eCas.
In any case, a call to CIC would clear things out.

I managed to log into eCas a few days after I received the AoR, but there is no information there, except for my name as a sponsor and address. So I still can't see all the lines some of you already were able to see on eCas. I assume they are working on it, as today I got my SA, so maybe in a few days they will add something in there for me to check.

As a sponsor, you should have access to both application status. I can confirm that I was able to login as a sponsor which shows both my sponsorship status and my wife's PR application status. Logging in using my wife info, only shows her PR application status.

Yup, this is strange. I definitely do not have access, but my wife's PR application is showing as "In Progress". I called CIC about it. They seemed unconcerned, and indicated that my letter indicating SA approval really ought to be enough. 8)
