Hey guys I have a question!!!
When I called CIC on February 5th they said i was approved to sponsor February 4th...and my file was in transit.. now today I received a letter with UCI code and the letter says
"You have met requirements for eligibility as a sponsor...
"The application for permanent residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in Ankara,Turkey"

DOES THIS MEAN I got an SA??? or just AOR?

In IMM 5540 question #11, are you currently living in Canada?

I answered yes....since when? What date should I indicate?

Just put the date he enter Canada and the present date.. He is a Canadian Citizen so there is no problem on his sponsoring you.

could be a problem with over paying, how much did you pay initially? you were supposed to pay CAD1040
