Hello everyone, it's day 63 (7 days after AOR was sent) and I still haven't received SA. I just called CIC and they informed me to wait another month before calling them back again since the officers are currently working on files received up to December 23rd and will not be able to send anything out until mid March. He also checked my file and advised that there was no communication which was sent out to me.

I'm so nervous. Anyone else in the same boat as me? :'(

Hi actually I called CIC cause we got AOR and then it was already 7 days after, so I called next day which was yesterday and they told me I have been approve and the SA should arrive soon. I don't know why they told you to wait 1 more month, but at least they didn't say anything its wrong just wait and good luck

There are 5 other members before me who have already passed their 7 days. I wonder if they just forgot to update the spreadsheet (out of excitement of course ) or if they are waiting like us. Hopesoon, S92, naas, Batterypk1, could you please advise?

Thanks Capin. Yes you're right, they didn't say anything wrong but it was very off-putting when they asked to wait for 1 more month. I didn't understand it as the assessment time is only 62 days so why should I wait 30 more days on top of that?

I called CIC, telling them that my application was delivered on December 9th. They said there is nothing of my name on their system. One of the agent said it means something was wrong and they will send it back to you. I have no idea what could possibly be missing since I included everything. :'(

I'm super confused right now. The last two agents I spoke to said nothing was there for my name. I spoke to another one a few minutes ago. And she said that your file is here and its been given a temporary application number. And I should be receiving AOR soon. Is this normal? I'm so worried.

- was received and you can see that through tracking
- agent gave you temp app number
- they confirmed that you will be receiving an AOR soon

my conclusion, don't worry. It'll come soon (normally on day 56). What day are you?

We didn't include our marriage certificate so we got a letter today asking us to send it, that's why we didn't get SA
