Yes, They are slow but cmon obviously its not 1 AOR per day.
There are plenty of folks out there that don't even know the existence of this forum thus you don't see their updates.

No, this form doesn't need to be validated. You will need to print and sign it.

2.) and for my documents (as sponsored spouse)....I will attach "DOCUMENT CHECKLIST 3905e" specific to the Philippines applicant, am I attaching the right form?

3.) With regards to attaching the evidence or attachment of my answer on IMM 5490, should I attach it in this form or should I put it in another folder marking "proof of relationship"? I am really confused in this part. What do you think is the best thing to do? or what did you do with your application?

1) IMM5491 is outland, and IMM5443 is inland.
2) Yes
3) While it probably doesn't matter too much, 1 folder for the sponsor, 1 folder for the primary applicant, 1 folder for the proof of evidence seems to be a good way of doing things.

We got our AOR too
We didn't include the marriage certificates though (only the solemnization) , we took the risk of the application being returned to us but i guess luck is the player sometimes
We got married at the end of November, got the AOR and the certificates on the same day lol, 1/29/2016 and thus we saved 3 months Even though there will be a lil delay cuz they'll ask for the certificates at some point, but who cares! instead we made sure we paid the full amount and included the upfront medics, so i believe everything will be on balance.

Hi I applied on December 3rd and they received on December 7th. They send me UCI number and Application Num so what is that mean am I eligible to sponsor my family or is their more?

I just want to confirm if I am right with my understanding on Question#6 of IMM 5490 which says:

6.) Give any additional details describing the circumstance of your first meeting with your sponsor.

I am confused if:

Does this question refer to the circumstance of our first meeting in person?

or Was this pertaining to the circumstance of the first time that my husband & I communicate? In other words, how my husband & I know each other?

Honestly, I know you're super worried, but that's how November worked too. I don't think November 1st got their AOR on the first day. The first week kind of got their AOR in a random order. I'll be sending good vibes for you all day, keep us updated!!

Yeah, again its not that I don't think I'll get AOR, its just that we went on this trip because someone suggested we'd have no trouble returning to Canada with AOR, but we never got it and we leave tomorrow. I'm sure I'll get AOR or even just SA in the next two weeks, but if they don't let him re enter Canada that will cause a lot of issue.
