I don't think it works that much according to the order of receiving, i understood that CIC gives its officers packs of application, officer A get the first week of December, Officer B get the second week and so on, so when an officer finishes his packages he gets the next available week, what happens sometimes is that 2 officers finish at the same time, then A gets the first week of December and B gets the second week, Officer B may be faster that officer A and may send the AOR to the applicants from the second week before officer A sends anything, that's how we hear about someone from December 10th who got an AOR out of the blue, or someone back from November 20th who didn't get nothing yet.
So i think we should exercise great amount of patience before rushing into conclusions or unnecessary fears or even calling CIC.
I myself, right after i finished working on my application and mailed it to them, i bought a full HD TV and a playstation 4 with the new Call of Duty, so whenever i think about CIC or the application, i go online to practice my shooting skills, lol
Anyway i just wanted to share what i know. Good luck to all of us
