I feel like LVO is the slowest of the bunch! LVO spreadsheet is 11+ months in majority of cases ???

nope, FM is right. things have changed, and LVO is now taking an average of 5-6 months (and sometimes 2-3 months) to process cases. maybe you've been looking at the wrong spreadsheet?

note how they appear to be processing faster and faster as you go down the spreadsheet.

I'm assuming it is the case if they start step 2, step 1 would be done but did you call them by any chance?
