guys i have a confusion i sent to CIC a old imm0008 form which i was downloaded in nov as it is updated and in updated imm0008 "requested visa office section was ommited .. but i send the form which has a section which ask requested visa office ... other wise all questions are same ... what you say they will return my pakage or accept it

Dear all,

I have sent may PR application (PNP) through DHL. They picked doc on 23 February, 2015. On 02.03.2015, online status shows:
Monday, March 02, 2015 Location Time
24 Delivered - Signed for by NOVA SCOTIA AREA 13:21

In this case, there is no name who signed for it and location did not mention Sydney before Nova Scotia Area, what I have seen in case of some others. However, i called DHL and they tell me that some TONNY or TOMY signed for. Is it okay?
Is the delivery is successfully made to CIO.
Anyone experienced the same? Please share.

Hi I applied for PNP PR on Dec 16, 2014. Have still not received my File number. Also, i forgot to put the "Opportunities Ontario" sticker on the application. Anyone knows what the consequence of forgetting the sticker could be?

I also got a work permit extension rejection saying that I have either not applied for PR or my file has not been created. I applied a month before my PNP certificate was to expire. Can anyone help me with what i can do now?

here are the timelines:

PNP cetificate date: July 18, 2014
Applied for Work Permit Extension: August 14, 2014
Work Permit expired: August 28, 2014
PR file received at CIC office: Dec 16, 2014
Received Work permit Rejection letter: Feb 15, 2015 (have a restoration period of 90 days)

Apparently my Work Permit extension was randomly picked up for review which is why it took over 6 months, and now they rejected my application because they haven't opened my PR file yet.

Also, since they were taking longer to review my work permit, the customer service agent said i could re apply for work permit extension which i did on Jan 14, 2015. Am i still on implied status?

Please help, no idea what to do.

CIC is giving out AOR for september and october candidates.... I just hope they keep this flow!

Just out of curiosity... any idea of how long it takes till issuing PR? I went through many topics in this forum and could understand that currently it take approx. 5 moths to get AOR from the date you submit the application.
