i am sure December will start hearing by the end of feburary since they are issuing AOR for Nov 17th.

You may get Aor in Feburary but S/A in march yeah

Also when I sent our package express via Canada post with signature, it said delivered but no one signed for it. Should I be worried?

I wouldn't worry.. You know it arrived there, so that's the most important thing

Did they send everything back, or did you just have to send in the signed form? I'm asking because I was supposed to send in our original marriage certificate, but I sent the color photocopy by mistake. (I was too excited to have finally finished all the papers).. I'm wondering if they will return it, or just ask me to send it... SUX ???

I just read on the 2015 Application forum... A very lucky applicant submitted on January 29, 2015 and received AOR on February 5th!! I have heard that the timelines indicated are not updated properly.. so maybe things will move faster then expected... :

Yeah, I saw that too. They sent theirs a day before I sent mine. I'm super jealous! lol

The person who received their AoR after seven days sent their package at the Courier address (2 Robert Speck Parkway). Is that the correct one or the P.O. Box CPC Mississauga?

I sent mine to 2 Robert Speck also. That was the address given for courrier. I sent mine FedEx. If you sent yours to the other address, that would explain why you didn't get a signature, however they would have still received it... so don't worry.

Why original marriage certificate? The checklist indicates photocopy.

Because my husband is from Cuba.. All original documents are required.

Did they send everything back, or did you just have to send in the signed form? I sent just the form, yet still had to wait all over again. As far as you are concerned, if your app is good then you wont wait all over again; you're just missing an original document. Therefore they'll just request it. You will have to wait to go further with SA until they receive the document BUT your WHOLE app wont be placed back into queue.

I am worried now, we sent our application on CPC Mississuaga office. i hope that should be correct??
