I have question if someone can answer with some knowledge.

Recieved Medical, I asked my VO to drop my wife from application and he asked for Divorce certificate.

1. If i submit Divorce decree then what will be my case processing ? Will it be re-initialize for re-assessment ?
2. If i am short with points and provide additional work experience as i will be completing 6 year work to add short points in upcoming month ,
will they consider my additional work experience for re-assessment ?

well, its a pretty complicated case. only the VISA office can precisely tell you how your points will be calculated.
However, I am certain that it will be really a complicated case if you are not able to manage 67 points without your partner's points.
Also, most likely they will use the cutoff of when you applied. So if you had 5 years exp then, the same will be considered.

I got the interview email from NDVO for next month..

In the interview letter it states "If you applied more than 12 months ago you must bring current Police Certificate..."

This is confusing me, applied means FSW applied or PCC applied? because our PCCs are valid till year this end.

It means if any of the PCC that you have submitted or need to submit to The VO is older than 12 months you need to get a new PCC ..of its not older than 12 months then you do not need to carry any PCC with you

Sorry to hear about your situation.
But since you have already received your Medical request the VO is not going to recalculate your points..
its just going to act on you update ..and once you submit your divorce papers only your processing would take place..

I have a query related to TLU, hopefully people who has got TLU updated can answer it.
a) Usually how long it takes to get TLU after submitting medicals
b) what message we get in TLU

2. Message you get in TLU - we have received your medicals.

You should sit back and relax. Your application is now in automatic mode! All the steps will keep happening

Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
Bro I got my medical request on the 27th July and got the medicals done on the 29th of July , i inquired the hospital and they told me your report was submitted on the 4th of August , in the mean time my consultant paid my RPRF fee online on the 30th and rest i wasn't asked for i.e PCC but on the 7th of August i received this update . What do i make of it? Although my consultant assured me that they have sent each and every document.
Please help

If his eligibility depends on points claimed for wife, then it will definitely be recalculated.
He is good as long as he can manage 67 points on his own, at the date of application.

Hi All,

FSW 2014 December applicant, my documents were received by Canada Sydney office on 23rd Dec 2014.
Since then, no reply so far. I have following questions.

NOC 2172

1. Am I still in the race?
2. If they send the application back, will I get any email from them?
3. How can I enquire about the status of my application?

Whatsoever, no reply at all - just a courier received confirmation from UPS.

I doubt your application will be processed. Coz I applied on Dec 8th under 2172 and my friend applied on Dec 12th. My application is accepted and it is under the process but my friend application was rejected saying the CAP (1000) has been reached. I would suggest you apply under Express Entry system rather than waiting.

Happy to share the news that I and my wife got our passports stamped in person at Vienna Visa Office yesterday.
Along with this single entry Visa, we also got printouts of COPRs in duplicate.

Wishing success to everyone waiting for further steps in their application.

I received MR on May 8th. I did my Medical on May 18th. I sent the payment receipt on May 28th. I am still waiting for Passport Request. How long did the process took for you after the Medical is done?
