May i ask a "dumb question"....?
Do visa offices work/process applications during summer time,i mean even when it's supposed to be summer holidays. I am rome vo and since in italy most of the instituions don't work during august i was wondering whether it was the case of vo too.

Yes, Visa Offices work whole year. except public holidays.
You are right that a lot of ppl take holidays in Jun-Aug months.
So the processing capacity might get hit occassionally, but it never stops.

Its the same in all other fields of work as well.

Guys !! finally after nearly 2 years of journey ! Just received MR today an hour back . this is my secnd app which is at warsaw , ndvo app is still stuck for which i am going to withdraw.

Details as below:

Vo: Warsaw
Noc 0015
App date: 24 dec
PER 21 MAr
AOR 20 MAY
MR - 09 july

Medical forms are still awaited. as they said they will send Seperately in 48 hours

Usually whats the subject line of MR and from which id it comes?

It will come from the ID of your VO.
Will have an email ID like this..
VisaOfficeXYZIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

Subject line will have your file number and name.

Good day everyone!!! I'm December 22, 2014 applicant under NOC 3233 FSW2014. I received PER on March 12, 2015 and haven't received any update after PER. Should i have MR by now? Will i receive it by snail mail or email? If email, from what particular email add? I also have a consultancy agency, will they receive the mail or will it be sent directly to me? Please help and enlighten me. I am worried that they might sent me the mail or email and i haven't seen it. Thank you.

We are on same boat. My NOC is 2172 and app date is 4th Dec 2014.

I got AOR on 24th March 2015 and after that no update.
