Is the Normal DM like this "A decision has been made on your application. The Office will contact you concerning this decision". Please Advise ???

Also having a concern that i have Got ecas Status as DM today, but I havnt got any PPR mail yet.
Is this a point of concern?
Please advice.

What do you mean by "CV" and "military booklet" that are included in the MR email!

Sometimes, VO may ask for additinal docs when they send out MR.

He might have served in military and thats why he has been asked for the booklet.

I guess they will have charge your CC or DD, if yes did you also recieve PER mail from CIC. If not I guess you should call +16139444000
