I am very happy to inform you all that I got medical request yesterday. It is said that instructions and medical forms will be sent by separate mail..also got rprf in same mail....time given is 30 days....

I have a question.......... If I get third line update that says medicals received, does that mean the results are accepted/ok?

Friends got MR mail with imm1017 one page form and one page instruction set for me, my spouse and my son. Although imm1017 is same for all of us but it is sent separately for all of us. Can I take three printouts of one form or I have to print it separately for each of us by going to individual links.

If you check the forms, they should have the Names and UCi numbers of your wife and child already entered.
