Thanks for your wishes.

The email didnt specify that it has to be neccessarily sent via courier. They asked me to either scan/mail/email/courier the copies of all valid passports if the accompanying members . Secondly they asked me to pay rprf and there was a link on how it can be paid. It didnt mentioned if i need to send the receipt of rprf as well. I guess once the medicals are done and other conditions fulfilled, they can track the payment of rprf themselves. But on the rprf receipt , it was mentioned that one copy should be sent to CIC.

I scanned all the docs and have sent them via email and also to be on the safer side , sent it via courier on friday night and it was received by WVO today.

Just waiting for the TLU now

Dont worry about ecas till the time your file is moving , which i can see that it is.

Ecas is not controlled by VO so it may take some time before its get updated

Hi,

Can you plz advise from where you have an info about VO not being directly responsible for ECAS updates?

I believe the assumption in the forum is that VO directly revises ECAS.

ECAS is controlled by the CIC central system from where all the data is entered. For example once your medicals are done and uploaded by the hospital , they are submitted to CIC office where the concerned medical officer looks into it and if they are ok , pass it on to the concerned VO where they are checked again and entered in the database for the respective file. Once the same is done , the Ecas is updated by CIC accordingly in due course of time.

Have any of the December Applicants received Medical Request from Singapore Visa office? Please reply. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, recently I have noticed that in the form with travels i missed to show the last trip to another country where I took IELTS, do you think this will be considerend like misrepresentation? and also in one of the forms I wrote the color of the eyes brown and in passport is written hazel.......:(( looking forward to hearing from you

Well really can't tell anything. Let's hope it will not be a problem. :) we cannot do anything at our end

If the process goes the way you say then what can be the reason for the lack of Medical Received line (apart from medical problem) in ECAS for 45days from the actual date of receipt at the destination?

It depends on the workload and other factors like your noc , number of members included in the file etc

Oh great because i have loads of documents to translate and i am not sure scanning size would.fit in one email!
Scan them under 100 DPI and zip the file, you will be able to send all of them within the limit.
