Hi!

Is there anybody here who got email reply from CIO requesting for courier receipt because they cannot find the application record in CIO database? Please share what happens next after you sent the courier receipt/waybill number.

No need job offer. U need to enter to the pool . If u are selected they will send u the visa, this process is fast. And if u can score more., chances are high.

Yeah that's a hope I have calculated my points and these are 433. Do you have any idea what is the minimum scores required to enter the pool?

Hi tathy!

I just want to share my experience and maybe have some views from you cause I noticed that you are active on this forum.

My 2nd application in this FSWP 2014 was received by CIO last 12/29/14 9:37am. I sent email to CIO on March 10, 2015 inquiring on the status of my 2nd application because I did not receive any feedback and even cc charging. The email i sent last 3/10/15 is just a continuation to the email inquiry of my 1st application last 5/14/15 which was returned because I applied for noc 1212 (finance supervisor) but they consider me as finance manager because I think they look at my current job responsibilities when I was promoted just April 2014. I actually belong to noc 1212 in my previous position. Thus, i resend my application in December to appeal under NOC 1212.

I am so happy that CIO replied last May 21, 2015 that they cannot find my 2nd application in their database and asked me for a copy of my courier receipt & waybill number. And I submitted it immediately on May 22, 2015 (good that I got a copy of everything). I am just happy because the reply is not returned application.

Tathy, what do you think is my chances?

Is there anybody here who got reply email just like mine? what happened after which?

Well, I never seen a case like yours. But refering to CIC we can expect everything. Hahaha

The good this is what u mentioned: they didnt say a word about rejection. Big point for you!
Did they ask u to send your file again? Or u told them to overlook your app and give another chance?!
If yes, they will consider your app inside de CAP.
And good that u sent The receip asap and now they just need to make a research of your file.

Wait a little bit more and see what kind of answear they will reply to u.

Really Lucky fellow. Our file has been transfer to Colombo and it has been 60 days after AOR still no SLU or MR. My file received on 4th Dec.still Waiting for MR. WHICH NOC did you apply?

I think there is no maximum points. but maximum is 1200 I guess. And 600 points for arrange employment. That is hard to get and almost all the people doesn't have it. So your points are quite ok. I'm sure u will have a chance. Enter to the pool. good luck
