Finally received an email from my VO, THey are asking for so many things including police certificate and RPRF and IMM 5669, updated cv, work experience letter although i sent it before with the application, my work contract..


Is this normal or should i be worried?

sometimes the case officer does ask for details while sending the MR and RPRF..don't worry..diligently send all the documents asked from you ...just make sure there is not variation in the current documents and the documents you had sent before along with your application ..

This is a part of background checks that they conduct from their side. Hence, dont panic and submit all the requested documents the same way you had done with the initial application with no variation in dates etc.

Any discrepancy at this stage is not advisable.

Have they sent you MR ?

WVO has asked for Medicals, RPRF and copies of all the accompanied passports .

Do we need to send the proof of the above docs by email or courier it ? What is prefered ?

Although they have given the option to send the copies of ppt via email/mail/ courier.

Please advise .

Anyone who has already submitted these docs.

They require the original medical receipt, and original RPRF receipt, if paid through credit card. If not, then they require the original DD.
So you will have to courier the above mentioned documents, so might as well courier the P.P. copies. If the net weight of your package is not increasing by 0.5 KGS.

Following is my time line:

Application received: 12th Dec 2014
PER: 28 Feb 2015
AOR: 08 April 2015
No SLU yet

Does this mean that background checks on my application has not yet started. How long should I wait for the SLU and medicals, please advice, thanks.

I was not in touch with this forum due to some unfortunate reasons. Can anybody update what is the status going on for all applications that were sent in December?
My application has been received on December 31st. But I did not hearing back from them since then. Is there any way to find out status? I have applied in Human Resource category.

Please advise.

Just paid the RPRF online and got the receipt immediately into my inbox.

Although it just states my name with no UCI or DOB.

Do i need to fill it manually and send it to WVO.

still my SLU is not updated on ECAS ??????? How long it takes for SLU/MR after AOR from warsaw VO???/
