Hi Friends Is there anybody in this forum with application assigned to CPC Ottawa ?? It seems my application is pending with Ottawa no news after PER mail on Marc 5 2015.. Want to check if there is anybody else with Ottawa visa office and their timelines. Pls share

Its normal Mike ..they just want to check if the bank account is being used regularly or not...as they want to rule out people taking loans for the purpose of showing funds and then returning it back once they have the PR.

Thank u for ur reply, but what document should i sent them ,just a fresh statement of the deposit account or even my salary earnings for last six months? The total request was : Funds, proof: Proof of funds with 6 months accumulation.
Also i want to mention that my deposit and salary acount are two different accounts in the same bank, the deposit is closed for 1year and i had it one month before my application date

It can happen and I know that, so I have told my friend about and now it depends on him what he wants to do with it. I think , if his VO has any issues in that , they may ask for the explanation rather than issuing NER straightaway. Maybe I am worng

Yeah, u are right!! They may Request An interview, insted of a NER.

hi everybody !!
I just received meds request ,but along with it also received a proof of funds request. When i applied at first i sent as proof of funds a bank statement of a closed for 1 year deposit account created just one month before application. Now the second request of proof of funds is exactly:
Ø > Funds, proof: Proof of funds with 6 months accumulation,
What does 6 months accumulation means exactly , my account is deposit its the same since when it was created, there is nothing accumulated. I still have the same amount of funds.please someone help , good luck to all

Best thing to do would be to send the last 6 months statement of 2-3 accounts the sum of which needs to be more than required as per the no. of dependents on your application.
send you 1) deposit account 2) salary account both the statements for the last 6 months

AOR: 15/04/2015
VO: NDVO Shifted to WVO

I just received the following mail from: WSAWIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca

In support of your application you submitted an appointment letter from xxxxxxxx Ltd dated 2005. Document is co-signed by HR Manager xxxxxxxx. However, open source information states that xxxxxxxx is employment by this company only since 2010. Therefore, could not have signed the letter in 2005.

Therefore, it is my belief that you have deliberately tried to mislead me in a relevant matter which could induce an error in the administration of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and I am considering recommending to my supervisor that you be found inadmissible to Canada for misrepresentation pursuant to subsection 40(1)(a) of the Act. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years

Actual Issue:
My boss resigned in 2007, rejoined in 2010 and resigned again in 2015, but she is not showing the first employment on her Linkedin profile.

Query

1) Which all documents to send?
2) How to communicate to VO, email or letter or both?

Please provide guidance.

Hello VC India. Have you used a consultant to file your PR visa? If yes then they should be able to help you draft a reply to WVO. If not you could simply contact your HR manager and ask her if she can give in writing her time working for your company. For eg, she started working maybe in 2005, resigned and then joined again. If she is currently not working with your organisation her self declaration for the company she is working at present and her past employment history should able to clear all doubts of the WVO.
It's worth trying. All the best.. Hope u sail through this setback in your PR application.

Well if it makes u feel better,I am Dec 12th Appl and got my PER on the 31 Mar and still no reply. I think u need to wait a little bit more as it takes them around 2-3 months to issue the MR right away.
