There may be chances that documents can be misplaced or lost but there are chances that CIC will not send any rejection email?
now its more than 5months but so far no update from CIC

I have a question, what is meant that i received medical request? This means that background check is finished or what and what is done at the medical request?!

Medical request means your VO have informed you to go and do your medical test

Got my PER on 10th of march but haven't received AOR mail yet. Called up CIC they said me that my file has been transferred to WARSAW VO on 20th march but still no reply from their side.

I need to update my employment changes... can anybody guide me what is the process for that... should i send to warsaw or should i raise a CSE and upload the employment changes there....n what all docs are required...
Pls guide...

just raise CSE to your visa office and attached a scan copy of the change in employment

I called CIC yesterday, sad to hear that my file was sent back on march 25. My file reached CIO on dec. 31 NOC4011. The reason for the return was cap fill. They are not certain on how long will it take for my file to reach me. It's been almost a month after the return date. Now waiting for my docs and try EE.

Dear All,

I'm an FSWP2014 applicant and I've been asked to make ''Payment for Permanent Residence Fee for new addition to the family'' after I contacted AVO that I have new addition to the family.

My question: Apart from raising a bank draft, how else can this payment be made? Can I make the payment via the 'Pay your fees' option on the cic website? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp although for dependent addition, only Express Entry was stated there. OR is it possible at this stage to send a Fee Payment Form with my credit card details (IMM5620E)? What do you advise?
