Hi,

I rang CIC on Friday: bad news for me...
Due to cap reached, my application was sent back to me by snail mail mid-March.
Still waiting file back! I live in Europe.
Trying EE.

So sorry to hear that, Lebeau. Was it the overall cap of 25000 that was reached. Im fairly certain that the cap for our NOC would not have been reached. Good luck with EE.

My application was sent on 1 Dec2014 and received on 5 Dec2014. Till date neither my DD has been charged nor got any update from CIC. Another friend who had applied through an agent and sent the file same as my date got her UCI on 17 April 2015. Yet another friend who had sent application on 23 Dec got her file back (insufficient documents) on 28 March 2015. And i am still waiting. Anxious and Worried. Can someone help me please please please..my NOC is 0112

I can imagine how frustrating this could be. I was once in your situation, once your file has not been returned, you still stand a better chance. Just keep hope alive.

I haven´t received the PER yet, neither NER. NOC 0113 - My apps date: Dec 22nd my CC: Feb 20th.

Someone in the same situation????

i tried calling on the number that you gave however, a lady replied that since I am calling from India I would be able to contact them only through email or website. I have already sent an email last week. Guess I will just have to wait
