since you have PER, I think you can stick with FSW depending on your VO you might get MR before august. Going for the provisional nominee you have to pay another fee and you can only settle in that pronvice. The choice depend on you.

You may want to ask for opinions from more experienced folks in the medical exam thread. For more accurate answer, you should consult a TB doctor. He can let you know the post treatment status and how a chest x-ray may show at this time. My personal advice would be that you need to inform the examining doctors about your spouse's TB history. You may get a little delayed in the process but will have a good chance if the current health status is found no longer being a threat to the community. This is much better than getting caught later for misinterpretation. All the best.

They might request a sputum test.... Which wudnt be a problem if ur spouse has undergone treatment and is now cured.... Anyways, as Jeanp suggests, see a TB specialistto ensure evrytgings alright...

Dear Friends,
Noc 2172, App recieved date 19/dec/2014.
yesterday, i called CIC ,a lady asked me about my file information and then she confirmed my email id after some time she said that my file was returned . but when i asked for reason, she said that you do not have any arranged employment. But when i asked her that in fsw 2014 , we do not need any arranged employment then she said i don't know and disconnected the call. Very Silly Reason it is, can anyone suggest me what to do? very sad to hear this. waiting for my package . What cic is doing ??
:o :o

Sorry to hear. but yes may be the cap reached for the NOC 2172, but still your application can be processed if you have arranged employment. So maybe that is what she was trying to convey, but as an agent she should clear things to you. Better you can call them again for precise information, and also mention your last unsatisfactory call, as the calls were being recorded so your feedback is important.

Keep all these reports with u when u go for ur mr... incase they find anything wrong in the cheat xray, they ask for sputum examination

It sounds like you spouse won't have any problem with the exam. Anyhow, I would personally advise that you report the past treatment and have all the supporting documents ready on the day of your medical exam. This can keep you from possible issue with misrepresentation.

They must have received your package 4 months ago, after going through your file may be they just post it back to you few weeks ago. So relax you will get it back

I have the same scenario as yours. My FSWP 2014 form reached CIC last December 24, 2015. However, I do not receive any updates regarding my apply for NOC 2172.
Do you able to call again the CIC regarding this matter?

NOC: 2172
CIC: 24/12

you can call CIC tomorrow. But I think your NOC was cap before December. Also try EE

Hi,

I rang CIC on Friday: bad news for me... :(
Due to cap reached, my application was sent back to me by snail mail mid-March.
Still waiting file back! I live in Europe.
Trying EE. :)
Thanks for your support on the 2014 FSWP forum.
Bye.
