Hello dear, sorry to hear that! :(

CIC dont use courier, they send apps from snail mail and it takes more than usual time. It can take 2 months!!

Never give up your dream and good luck to EE!! ;)

Hi everyone!

Sorry to all my fellow late december applicants. My app was received on Dec 29th around 10:30 am.
I just called CIC and confirmed my fears :( My file was sent back to me on March 4th due to cap filled. Not sure if sub cap or global cap. My NOC is 1123. Now I will contact my post office to see if they have the file and I can get my docs back.

I am keeping my hopes up with EE as my score of 417 is only 36 points away from the lowest score on the last draw. Wish I could add more points for my husbands education but like many experienced software developers, he focused on certifications but has no college degree :/

Thank you all for the information and updates! Congrats to you who made it into the cap! Many blessings on this new journey!

sorry about your returned application. I hope in the next few draw you will be selected
