DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Hi people,
Anybody who has applied under EE should please advice me on how to go about applying. My IELTS was sent with application and i do not have any copy with me.
What should i do? because my application was recieved on the 30th dec. and no CC charged yet, i tried to call CIC but did not get tru so i have the feeling that my application must have been sent back to me tru snail mailing which i do not know when i will get it to use my IELTS result for EE.

You don't need hard copy to create your EE profile,all you need is the number on your IELTS results and iI guess you have a copy. Please go ahead and create your peofile

Preferably, Visit british council in your area and request for the following info that you will need when filling for EE. Certificate number, The date the result was release , date the exam was taken and of course you will know your score. I have provide you details on how to go about building a profile to creating your profile in the job bank.

Move over to EE forum. The cut off point is droping fast and now they have started inviting people without job offer.

Just create your EE profile and you can mention your scores and if required scan the copy of that. You will receive your original IELTS certificate from the institution from which you enrolled .

Too many rumors about 30th & 31st Dec.

Global cap getting filled,
I happened to apply under NOC 0711, Construction Managers, my app. reached on 31st Dec.
Till Dec mid only 100 applications had been accepted for this specific NOC as per records and data published on CIC Website.

Very less likely for this NOC to get filled up by 31st Dec, whereas the requirement for this NOC to get capped out is at 1000.

So the rumor that global CAP of 25000 has been filled is less likely to be true, more so no one has posted a proof of a letter they received from CIC stating 25000 has been filled up.
More likely is the individual NOC CAP's getting filled up, where a lot of people are getting letters regarding their NOC's getting capped out and packages are being returned.

So honestly, I would wait it out.

I appreciate your work analysis.

I spoke with CIC yesterday regarding my file which was received on 31st dec. they said that the global cap has reached and your file has returned. Fortunately i have received no email from them.

What shall i do now?

Let us remember that there are about 50 NOCs, each with a cap of 1000. So even if 50 % of NOCs get capped out, the Global Cap is filled right there. Just because one of the NOCs have less applicants doesn't make it unlikely that the global cap has been reached. Not that I am proclaiming that it has, but a very real possibility exists. So prepare for that eventuality and plan the next course of action, is all I'm saying.
