I did it through an immigration lawyer based in toronto. I am in toronto at the moment.

If you applied through an immigration lawyer , then you can ask him to file for EE as well if you think he is trustworthy and will do it in the same money. Or else , you have already gathered all your documents and you must be aware of all the details. Its easy to submit it online and once you get an ITA , then you have 60 days to file . Since you are already in Canada you can score good points in EE.

Here is what I am gonna do.

1. Call CIC and ask for an update, if the response if positive I will take action on further advice.
2. Not a positive response, Will file for EE straight up.
3. No updates, will still file for EE either through a lawyer or by myself.

also, in filling the form, at moment I am working in Canada but I have no LMIA.. what should I fill, I am employed ?

Let us keep that hope high my brother. God willing, we will make it!

Dear All,
Can you please explain how the NOC cap is filled. Do they count all applications? Or only all complete applications?

I am a worried Dec 30th applicant who is yet to hear anything. Anyone applied on Dec 30th and heard from CIC already? any AOR?

Are you there on company transfer or did you study in Canada and then found a job?

Not yet. But your VO can verify the authenticity of your experience calling to the company u mentioned.
It not happens in all applications but sometimes they check it.
