Well I dont know if this will give you some relief, but I am a 12 Dec app. DD charged on the 10 Feb and still didnt get my PER yet. So you are not the only one in that situation.

When was your cc charged? Mine was received 12/29 9:37 am noc 1212 but no news yet until now. No cc charging, no ECAS in process.

I managed to get through and talked to the agent. But he didn't gave me any UCI. Instead he said that my due date to receive email is 25th March and I should wait for the email. Although people who applied after me have already got the PER and even AOR emails by now. How my due date is after them

So he asked me to call again if I don't get any email today.

Follow the below procedure to call CIC call centre

1. Download Google Hangouts (optional) on your phone if it has an android or an apple OS.

2. Dial CIC (+16139444000). It costs nothing if you are done with option 1.

3. Navigate through IVR (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1).

4. IVR will ask your application id. Don't wait for it to ask for 3 times before it routes you forward, just press # and it will instantly ask for your year of birth in 'YYYY'. Put the year of your birth.

5. IVR will tell you the waiting period before your call can be answered by an agent. Or if the call traffic is too high, it will ask you to call again later.

6. As soon as you get to the agent, just ask for the status of your application. Agent will ask for your last name, first name and date of birth. Finally ask your UCI# which you will get only once you are charged.

If you get quick with the IVR, you can reach the waiting period (point# 5 above) within 2 minutes otherwise it may take around 6 to 7 mins before you are asked to wait for an agent

Hi,

Did you use a local agent in your country or you try the one in Canada? I am surprise that they advise you to send the application without the Education Evaluation report. If they can manage to do this then this is good news.

Hi! The agent is from Montreal. He didn't advise me to sent without ECA, he just advise to register us on EE and risk sending the application without the ECA as it didn't arrived till the end of FSW2014 program. He also included a letter of explanation with the file, besides mine, also status and e-mails with ICAS (applied on august 2014 and ECA released late January 2015). We both were aware of the risk but I took a chance, after reading this text on the Document checklist, and finding my reason valid enough.
"Note: If you are unable to provide any of the requested documentation, include with your application, a written
explanation with full details as to why that documentation is unavailable and any documentation that would support
your claim. If your application lacks any of the documents without a reasonable justification, it will be returned to
you or in certain circumstances could result in the refusal of your application."

My agent said that will call CIC these days. Keep praying for a good news. :'(

I have the same case too, called them several times and still nothing poped up. I am a 12 dec appl and still no PER even though people after me got their PER. Thanks for the info, I will call them again today and see if there is any new news.

My application was received on Dec 09, 2014 with CC method of payment, NOC 1114. I am yet to be debited and my application has not been returned. I called CIC, and i was told they cant find it on the system.

Please what do i do at this junction

I have just spoke to an agent and he told me that the +16139444000 number is only for the applicants who are inside canada and he wondered how I got through the system to get an answer from the call-center agent in the first place...

I told him that my application was received on 31.12 and he replied that I need to wait a little longer but he refused to look for my application in the system because I didn't have some sort of number (don't remember exactly if it is uci or id)...

very strange, last time the agent asked for my name, DoB and looked for the application (and it wasn't in the system)..

I just called CIC now and a guy responded by saying my application was received in December. That as at January my application is fine and that it has not been returned. Thats a good news

What could have lead to the delay that till now i am yet to be debited.
