My second courier consisted of payment detail form. My NOC is 4214 (Early Childhood Educator).
Do you have any Idea when did they reached the 25000 cap?

My CC is still not charged.

Most likely the global cap has been filled on 29th dec for FSW since most of the applicants dated 30th and 31st are getting back their applications. You may call CIC to check your status and probably you have been included in the cap if you are lucky. Otherwise , you may try EE now since their scores are going down considerably as lr the latest draw. Most likely in ghe coming draws, they would start taking people with no Job Offers or Nomination.

Hi .. I believe you can check with CIC about your VO. I called and verified it to be WVO.. It's a ver slow VO, as per the timelines it processing nag time is 34 months, NDVO is 24 months, and Colombo being the fastest is 14 months. It will be a long long wait...

Can anyone advise if all the files from NDVO are being tranfered to Warsaw or it depends on the NOCs ?

Hi not sure of that but early December applicants got Columbo VO, mid December applicants post 15th dec, such as mine got Warsaw Visa office, it's just a speculation.. Might be wrong. But from what I hear Warsaw is still giving MR's to October applicants... So December will be a long wait.

What is the average time between PER and AOR, in case my file was transferred to a VO other than New Delhi? I know NDVO does not usually send out an AOR. I received my PER on 3rd March. No other updates yet. Does this mean my application has in all probability been transferred to NDVO?

Have no clue about EE files. But please check about your local VO if u haven't got an AOR by calling CIC directly.. The people at CIC are very friendly.. He even sent me an email about my local visa office with their contact details and other info.

Hello Rahul.. I am certain it's not NDVO as they are load sharing and NDVO is over loaded. Ur file mostly will go to either if u are lucky to Columbo.. Which has the fastest timeline for issuing COPR. Otherwise, Warsaw visa office which is comparatively slow than NDVO and CVO.
Call CIC.. U will know where your file has been sent. I am 15th dec applicant with PER on 1st March and also my files were transferred the same day to WVO.. As per my conversation with the CIC agent.

Thanks, Quina. I have a couple of more questions. Have you received your AOR yet? If not, considering you received your PER before me, I guess I'll have to wait a little longer. Not that I mind. I have so far refrained from calling CIC, preferring to patiently await my destiny. Not for me the nail-biting and tension. Well, back to work.
