EVEN I APPLIED ON DEC 2. MY DD WAS ENCASHED ON 3 FEB. STILL WAITING FOR PER E-MAIL.

since your DD is encashed PER will come later, every application is unique in its inw way. Mine took over 2months for PER to arrive because I'm claiming points for relatives

- if it is normal to have such a delay
- for all the applicants who got their money charged will get PER or its not compulsory and application can be rejected

after CC charge, your file will be forwarded to a senior officer to see whether you have 67points. Once your job description in your ref letter match your NOC you will then recireceive your PER. But we have also seen people being rejected after CC charge because their JD did not match the NOC.

Application Received - December 05, 2014

PER Received - February 24, 2015

I called CIC some days back and they informed me that my file files has been transferred to Warsaw Visa Office.

I have a few queries, if some one could please reply.

1) When can i expect AOR email ?

2) Passport of my child was due to be expired on December 2015, however i have renewed the passport now. when should i inform CIC about this new passport?

3) When will processing of my application start by Warsaw VO (Background, Employment verification etc) ?

NOC = 1224

Application send = 16th December , 2014

Application received = 24th December , 2014

Draft Cashed = 25th Feb , 2015

PER = 21st March , 2015

Per to AOR 27 days
AOR to MR 84 days
MR to PP request 44 days
PP request to visa issued 15 days

Once u receive AOR write back to them about your updated personal details and they will guide u further

Guys i have a fixed deposit of around 16lakhs and i am a joint holder of it with my one of my parent, due to some urgent need i need to procure a loan of rs 1lakh against it , do you think it should create any problem as far as my funds are concerned HuhHuhHuh??

How many dependents do u have and when did u receive the per?

I am a December 31st applicant and I belong to NOC 3112 ( General physician) My application has reached CIC at 8 am on 31 st. I have not heard anything from CIC yet and have no clue about my application status.

Are there any applicants here whose application reached on 31st.

cap for my NOC did not even reach 300 as of december last week update from CIC.

I am getting to hear from these forums that cap has been reached before 31st december.

Can someone let me know....

Same with noc 3142. But my app got there on the 29th of dec. I think not all NOCs will be up to 1000 once the global cap of 25000 has been reached. Still hoping until I get a feedback from cic myself

I really wonder .. why none of December applicants reported receiving AOR .. as if process stopped at receiving our PERs
