DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

So, still no news about the 30-31st applicants. Some say file was returned due to NOC CAP, some say file returned due to global CAP, some say file was not in system (file already returned due to CAP) but lets just face it. We are in the possibility of the global CAP.

What I would just want to express is that why is CIC not prioritizing or balancing their applicants? First come first serve? At first I was not worried due to my NOC because there were only few who applied to it. But the most populated NOC came to CAP easily at November for example: Registered Nurses, Financial Analyst, IT Personnel etc., these NOC have such high volumes of applicants that it capped easily and unbalancing the scale of other NOC particularly the managerial department. It is like 10:3 ratio for that matter. No offense and I want to congratulate all those who have received their PER. The less populated NOC became unheard of. I was on the idea that each NOC has a CAP of 1000 but due to the influx of applicants in the last months of FSWP, it tipped the scale and became unbalanced unproportionately for other NOC categories.

One correction. There were 50 NOCs and 2 type of caps running parallel - 1000 on individual NOC or 25000 overall whichever is earlier. CIC never stated that they would accept 50000 apps under FSW 2014. But it is very unfortunate that last two days applicants are struggling to make it and hav to wait for long to know their status particularly 30dec apps

They have started inviting people without JOB Offer or PNP.

Any applicant who scores 67 points under FSW system (excluding points for relative) has a high chance of getting selected within next few draws.

So don't wait! Open an express entry profile if you haven't yet.

My scores are 71 but when i made my profile in EE they said not eligible.....why so??

5th draw is over... but not declared on site yet.. pl login & check for ITAs..
I just checked and got ITA at 12:00 AM
My score was 490. No LMIA or PNP.

I am also Dec 31 applicant NOC 1212. No response from CIC yet for this application..
