Hi,

I do not wish to break your heart but the bitter truth is that 2172 Applicants should have got the CC/DD charging confirmation long ago..my friend's application (2172) was received on 17 / 18th of Dec and couple of days ago he got an email from CIC stating that Cap had been filled for that NOC.

Now it is the time to apply in EE.

Okay, so which means that they are notifying the applicants via email that the cap has been filled? I think this is what applicants wanted to know whether an email is being sent to notify such or any case at random.

Did not expect the full quota to fill up.

Yes, same here. It doesnt mean that the particular NOC was filled up rather it just reaches the overall quota of 25000 for all the category.

The letter does not specify when 25000 filled but it must be on early 29th or before. My app was recd at 9.36 AM on 29th Dec.

Please show us the letter, it will help a lot.
