Hi everyone,


My application was reached on 16 DEC,.,under NOC 2281.,.,,when i called CIC for the first time the agent told me that my application is not in the system and didn't have my client ID with him as well,.,second time when i called CIC the agent provided me my client id (UCI) but again there was no information in the system regarding my file,.,last night i called again and the same thing happens my file is still not in the system and agent sent me a email having email id of Sydney nova scotia office email id and told me to email at given address to esquire for my file but when i sent email i got failure notification that email id has been failed to delivered on given address,.,.,.,need help whats going on with my file.,.,can anyone tell me,.,how to get my file status,.? \

I am with same NOC and application date. I called CIC and they told me that application is sent back as Cap reached. what was your time of delivery communicated by your courier?

If at all the overall cap being reached....they wld have released in the newsletter of theirs. ....as they r doing for EE....they keep posted for every stage n draw....

He said he is not able to see my profile on the system, told me to wait til April 1 st , and then call back , because there are lots of pending Dec 29, 30, and 31st files so it's taking time to update profiles, I asked him about caping, he said he could give a guarantee that the overall cap has not reached however there are many individual noc on caping. His name was joe..

When I called the CIC call centre they have told me that "my file is under review".

This post is not to damn anyobodys dream about application pending with CIC especially the 30th and 31st. This is just informing so that everyone will face the hard truth. The CAP is actually full as this was confirmed to me from a CIC officer yesterday . I took it lightly because i had created an EE profile and also my study permit
.
The only reason why a lot of people have not gotten a letter from CIC is probably they used an address outside Canada as this might take time before you get the package
.
It is better to face the hard truth and move on.

Don't say what you don't know please. I used David Cohen, a Canadian immigration officer and on calling him he said no letter or return yet from cio. I am a 31st applicant, better say what you are sure of or flash the letter you get from cic. All this are lies and speculations. My one cent please.

I'm wondering if they have put charging on hold for sometime. Since, haven't heard of anybody charged since 12/29.

Guys called my consultant, he told me they don't have any news on overall cap. Told me to wait for another month....NOC 1114, 31st December applicant.

Sir, i need not argue with you as clearly you are living in denial. My returned letter was sent on March 11, 2014 as clearly quoted by the CIC officer. My application got to CIC on the 30th of December 2014. Yours got there on the 31st, not to break your heart you should be clear what to expect.
