Hi! I've been following this forum since December. Only now that I decided to join so that I can share my experience to everyone here who are waiting for their CCs to get charged. I am Dec29th applicant reached 9:37am., NOC2131. I called CIC 7hours back and the lady agent told me that my application was sent back on March 4th due to cap has been filled. When I asked if which one has been filled, overall or NOC2131, she did confirmed that the overall cap has been reached. Too difficult to accept but that's the truth. Everthing happens for a reason. I know something bigger is up for me and my family. Good luck to all of us guys!

it is not true, overall cap has not filled up. Call again, they will tell you another thing!

Called CIC, the agent told me that email has been sent to you yesterday. He gave me the application number as well. The email must have been sent to my consultant. Will check from them tomorrow and will update. However, ECAS not live yet.

I am with same NOC and application date. I called CIC and they told me that application is sent back as Cap reached. what was your time of delivery communicated by your courier?

Could you be more specif? what kind of Cap was reach? your NOC cap or the overall cap (25k) for all NOC?

I don't want to loose my HOPE until my Application returns back to ME or an kind of official announcement from CIC regarding Overall Cap reached. I am DEC 31ST NOC 0911. I tried calling CIC Call Center. However couldnt reach them. Made my mind not to call them again. What ever it may happen I will accept it and will stay positive

I strongly believe that many applications reached on DEC 29 whose applications were sent from DEC 18th,19th,20th........... So that might be the strong reason why CIC is still charging only DEC 29th applications.
