A disappointing news!

this is to keep everyone informed about 2172 Noc Applications cap had been reached and this had been confirmed officially by CIC through email.

My friend whose application had received on 18th of Dec had received an email from CIC that his application didnt fall into the cap!

Incredible! As for December 17th the NOC 2172 was relatively cold, and now it is filled...
Still cannot believe that FSWP-2014 is over for me (Dec 30, NOC 5125)...
My wife has been almost crying all day long

Hi All,

I'm new to this site, I applied to FSW14 programmem under NOC 2172 on Dec 17th 2014. As of now no update from immigration and I heard that the applications which were received post Dec are getting picked and December applications are rejected. Can any one is having info regarding this? If so please do reply to this post. Till now I felt that my application will be picked but now I'm a bit stressed. Pls let me know how to check the status of the application. I have an excel to check the status but that is not showing any info. Is there any other way to go? Help is much appreciated.

Sorry to say this but you will get your application back to your home soon.. Mine was same NOC on 16-Dec received date and I got my application back on Saturday...

I am really very happy to announce the arrival of PER mail at 19:30 IST today. My application date 22nd Dec, NOC 2131.

However my ECAS status is not live yet...tried to check using UCI no. and Application no provided on PER Mail.

Please suggest...I thought ECAS comes live after charging and before PER....

The number that you have been given consists of all numbers or is there an alphabet in the begining as well.

Also is it normal to have my file number although my dd is not yet encashed?

Hey wow thats gr8 news to share. Iam really waiting for my DD encashment. Mine is also 1114 and application received on dec 29. Hey at what time your application received there?

You have a file number or UCI number? One cannot have file number till his DD or CC is charged.

Hi Guyz ,

Anyone please guide me how to get the US PCC from India , i heard that its going to take more than 14 weeks , kindly advice .

I got my PER on 5th Feb , so am not sure how to go ahead to get the PCC quickly .

Get the fingerprint taken at the district finger print bureau... Its much more cheaper thsn the private agencies...

Spreading more positive vibes and wishing all those awaiting the CC to be charged..
All those whose CC has been charged it will take anywhere between 23 to 28 days from CC charged date to get the PER... All of you will get it for sure!!!!
