Hi Aveen , I am 19th Dec applicant , I also got the same answer yesterday that a mail has been sent to your representative and when asked that if it was regarding some eligibility ,the agent told me that he doesn't know specifically what that mail was about . He told me that it could be either notification of the transfer of the case to the local visa office or request for further documents and in the meantime i can see my E.C.A.S showing" IN PROCESS" STATUS. I am bit confused and worried though.

Hi

I tried to update my data but I am not able to do so. I would request moderator/or someone who has the rights to please update it

I got PER on 2nd Dec 2014 (Actually I did not know it was PER because it was not mentioned in Subject or body of email. I thought it is just confirmation email that they hae received docs)
Then there was silence till last week. On 2nd March they asked me to send Police Certificates, Photocopies of passports, submit MR and pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

So, is it the next step after PER?

We are four people. I am the Principal applicant and my wife and two kids ( 5 and 8 years old ) included in application

Since there are two adults (I and my wife) , should I mention "No of Applications = 2" while paying Right of Permanent Residence Fee online.

Why dont you update your timeline so that the fellow nembers can assit in your query easily.

Spoke to an agent at CIC few minutes back. I think the same
French lady........

After verification and on hold for a few moments, she came back with
Statement that the file was sent for processing yesterday.

What do I make of this???

This is indeed really strange because PCCs are allowed to be sent in a later stage so even if it were true that you didnt send it this couldnt be a reason for rejection. CIC is driving us crazy!!

I agree with you. Especially PCC from Canada is required as they need to research it on the next, next step!

I believe sent for processing in case of our friend SMB0015 means "under review" and according to CIC agent I spoke with earlier today, this means you are safe cap-wise! I'm in the same situation.

Any help........step by step

1. Application outside Canada
2. Federal skilled workers
3. Select client I'd/UCI
4. Number????? Should we put a hyphen xxxx-xxxx or xxxxxxxx

My application was recieved on 16 Dec at CIC office as per information from DHL courier service, Till date i haven't got any information
regarding my application status as i have applied under NOC 2281. I called CIC last night and ask for UCI and they said there is no file in their system
with my name. The agent asked for my DOB and Last Name ,FIist name etc. I asked him whether the NOC 2281 cap has been filled or not, but he
didn't provide any innformation regarding NOC CAP status and my file status.


Please Help

According to the posts of this forum, only 2 dec 19 applicants got PER. A lot of other people on the same date is waiting. It's a weird attitude on behalf of CIC. Past two weeks they charged like hell and gave PER like sweets. I have no idea of what's going on!
I took file # from CIC agent 2 weeks ago, Checked ECAS everyday. Still it shows nothing..............
I am very very unsure now.

To anyone who is scared of calling CIC and getting know the truth don't be commenting here about CAPs why becoz some of them had guts to call CIC and found the truth and some of them got the physical evidence so I will leave it up to you to decide on what to comment
