A quick question to all you guys that have more experience in this process then myself.

When the application goes back to the "local Visa office" what does that mean exactly;

1. Local to where you currently reside i.e. London for me
OR
2. Local to where you want to live i.e. Ottawa for me

??

Appreciate your feedback

Thanks

Amit, you decide wich VO you want your app returns. There is a form where u select your VO of preference.

Can u remember what u selected?

And what about your PER, my friend?

Hey Tathy.

I can't remember but will check, I'm almost certain I selected Ottawa. Thank you for getting back to me.

No news as of yet, I've emailed my consultant in Ottawa to see if he has heard anything and nothing of yet. I triple checked my points and I'm pretty confident that I passed the 67 mark. What is frustrating is that I have a lot of family living in Canada but never had time to produce the paperwork, that's an easy 5 points dropped whch would have given me 75 points.

Patience is the key here....

Does anybody know that when CIO will start to charge the applications which are received on 31 Dec??
Is there any body whose application received by CIO on 31 Dec and is charged now?

TNX

Calm down coz this week is your week!
And don't mind if you have 70 or 75 points, if u passed 67 it's time to celebrate!

If you selected Ottawa, all your app wil go to there and your Medical Exams too.
But I don't know if you can make your exams In London if you choose Ottawa. But I am almost sure you can. Check with your consultant.

I've just checked my application and I selected London - that should help me as it's local and will enable me to make contact more readily.

Let's see what this weeks brings us all.

I hope that you get good news too!

DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Hi,

I sent my application under FSW NOC:2172 on 24th Dec, 2014 reached CiC Nova Scotia office through FedEx on 31st December 2014 at 10:31am. I haven't received any acknowledgment from CiC yet. Does anyone have any idea about their timelines?

It sounds that your noc reached cap full. But I am not certain.

CIC does not send any acknowledgement. You receive PER after your file is successfully processed at CIO.

Thanks for your reply friend.
Do you know why CIO has became too slow in cashing apps?
Is there any relation between reaching whole Cap with slow encashment?
