Hello everyone,

I am a 1111 noc applicant and i see absolutely no movement of this NOC at all on the spreadsheet.

My application under this noc reached cic on october 9, 2014. Since my application was missing birth certificates as i had applied for them but yet not received i sent the BCs on email as an additional document on November 28, 2014 and couriered it to them also soon after.

Since i was anxious that CIC may not match the additional dox of birth certificates to my original application received by them on October 9, 2014, i made another complete application under the same NOC and sent it again which they received on 5th December 2014.

Yesterday, I received a letter from CIC which was dated 24th February 2015, stating that " Currently they have no application from me at CIO-Sydney." and therefore they have not been able to match the additional documents sent to them with the original application.

Can someone pls help me understand what CIC means by that. Have they not opened any of my files received by them on 9th October and 5th December? Or since they have returned both applications to me already - unaccepted- they have not matched the addendum to the original application?

DD Encashded: 12/02/2015(As per Bank Confirmation)
PER: waiting

I welcome the suggestion by when i will get PER.......

Mine is 12 Dec app. Charged 10 Feb . ecas alive 17th Feb. No PER yet. So I think u need to wait a little bet more

did your second application have your IELTS result and ECA report. If yes and cap is not reach they should access your file for the second even if they rejected the first.
Try and call CIC for more information

I was charged on feb 25th and my ECAS is not alive yet.

guys anyone had the same situation? I called cic agent now .he asked my UCI .then after a long hold he came back and said : we sent a message to CIO 2 days ago regarding your case and asked them to tell us about your application and they still have not answered yet .you have to wait .its really ridiculous

I was charged on feb 25th and my ECAS is not alive yet.
Am I need to worry? Do u know the average time to appear something on ECAS?!

For me it was a week . I think The average time is 7-15 days and in some cases even more . So no need to worry , just call them and hope you get somebody on the other end of the line whom can provide you with your current status.

1111 was a hot NOC and it should hav by all likelyhood capped before ur 1st app. However they should hav returned back both of ur apps since u had not linked them. If they don't have the record of both ur apps then how did they trace u. Try to post full text of their mail to make out the real issue

Good Morning,
Come on people! Those who have been charged - please update!
It gives a satisfaction to know that the process is on track.
When you are in a QUE (like for a blockbuster movie show) it is satisfying to see the line (at the ticket window) ahead moving. The moment you are at one place for a long time, you start craning your neck to see ahead & start asking about what's happening.
Now, my entire attention is diverted towards the TICKET WINDOW!
A 'SOLD OUT' notice would be disappointing, but expected from a responsible management. At least alternate entertainment can be planned.
AND if the people in the QUE are as friendly as in here, then the time waiting would pass in a jiffy!
The only difference being that this QUE is not for an evening out,
but for chasing the dream of a better & new 'Life'.
How I wish that CIC would give updates on their website like previously. I wish this could reach the people responsible at CIC.
So people, please keep UPDATING - so that the picture becomes clearer!
