Hello all. I am getting worried now I am Dec 10 applicant for 3142, -ECAS alive for more than 3 weeks now, my address there has also been updated but I haven't received PER yet. Any December 3142 here???

I saw more than two people on another thread here on Canada visa forum stating that the received back their application due to "Cap reached" response received by CIC
Most probably the cap was reached in October; however, I pray to god it was not capped
Fingers crossed .. Let's wait and see

Dear all,

Important information for someone who was charged before February 4th and didn´t received PER.

After read several comments here, I decided to call to CIC to check some information about my application. Just to let you know. My application was filled in 12th December and I was charged in 4th February.

The agent there said me that they are also checking the application and in few days we will have the answer.

So, no panic...

I am more relaxed and confident after that.

Only if I do not have any information in the end of next week, I will call them again.
